Meet Our Team - Rehab Centre

Phenix began practicing yoga in 2018 and has been dedicated to regular practice for years. She understands the challenges of a “stiff body” and appreciates the principle of “hard work will pay off” through consistent effort.

In early 2024, Phenix felt she had met a bottleneck in her practice, so she enrolled in a yoga teacher training course to push her limits. After more than two months of study and practice, the idea of becoming a yoga instructor gradually took shape. Her teacher has emphasized that being a teacher must not overlook any student, which deeply inspired her. She realized everyone’s body has their own limitations and began contemplating how to make each of them feel welcome in their yoga lessons while cultivating a more flexible and stronger body through regular practice.
